Soke Wayne Spear has been nominated for an award in the Australasian Martial Arts Hall of Fame.

The AMAHOF honors and bestows recognition upon martial artists who have made an outstanding contribution to the world of martial arts and demonstrated high ethical and technical abilities in the Australasian Martial Arts Community.

The 2022 event is being held at the Joondalup Resort on September 9-11.
