Spear Dojo has worked in consultation with Coaches, testing agencies, researching organizations and colleges of the major sports including AFL football, Soccer , Basketball , Netball, Hockey, Rugby and Cricket and developed a series of tests for those things that directly impact your “athleticism” on the field or court so we can help improve your performance in your chosen sport.

Testing can be done any time, to ensure the athletes progression and improvement. Retesting every 6 weeks is optimal.

If further training is needed, we will design an individual development program so improvements can be made.
