Kick, Box, n’ Burn

Whether you are in great shape or just starting to work out, our Kick, Box, n Burn classes are a 45 minute HIT of heart pumping exercise and fun. Your class will include “rounds” of workout action that is specifically designed to help tone, strengthen, and give you a full body workout in just 45 minutes.

We pride ourselves on teaching correct technique for each movement, the combination of cardio, muscle toning & strength training is sure to get you in the BEST shape of your life.
