Muay Thai is a form of kickboxing that unites traditional Thai Kickboxing techniques, including knees and elbows, with western style boxing.
Muay Thai is a powerful form of self-defence and a form in which the necessary skills to attack and defend can be learned quite quickly.
Muay Thai provides an exciting and alternative method of fitness – rapidly burning fat, toning muscle and increasing flexibility whilst building self-confidence along the way.
